All orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement. If you need expedited shipping, please email me at store@shoptwig.com. I ship using FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS). The FedEx shipping rates are calculated real time using the weight of the product, shipping method chosen (i.e. ground, express, etc.) and the destination. The Table Rate shipping method is intended for lower priced items and is based on the cost of the item.
International orders are typically shipped using USPS. FedEx options are available. Please feel free to contact me regarding international orders. Taxes incurred in home country are the responsibility of the buyer, not Twig.
Shipping fees for returns are at the expense of the buyer.

Returns Returns will be accepted for items returned within 10 days. Please contact me via email or phone to let me know a return is on the way. Items must be in new, unused/unworn condition and in their original packaging. Items returned within 10 days are eligible for a credit refund, exchange or store credit. Any items returned after 10 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
